my first diploma hotel management event on 30 April 2010
Title is
Japanese Secret : Memoirs of a Geisha

Geisha（芸者） are female Japanese entertainers whose skills include performing various Japanese arts such as classical music and dance...(the first batch Geisha not really female but are males....)

i am very expect to do event...
i am kitchen team member
so has to do research the menu...
that's sure is
appetizer, soup, main course and dessert...
really no idea...

any suggest?
